We’re opening our outdoor spaces

We are delighted to announce that The Clubhouse and Jakes are now open. Our outdoor spaces are also currenty open.

Opening times for bookings will between 12pm to 10pm Any further updates will be provided on our social media pages for each venue. So please make sure you like our pages for further information.

As much as we are looking forward to welcoming you back into our venues, if you, anyone in your household or anybody in your group are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms please do not visit us.

Please follow these steps:

Step 1

Call 01745 833 048 option 3 to book a table and time slot. (Bookings can be made by calling our reception during 10am to 5pm)

Please note

For all booking we will be operating a limit of 6 people per table.
The table will be booked for 2 hours to allow others to benefit from it’s use. Should the venue be quiet, this may be extended.

Step 2

Arrive on time for your booking.

Step 3

Join our queuing system to enter the venue

Step 4

Sanitise your hands on entering.

Step 5

Follow social distancing controls at all times.

Updated 14/09/2020 In line with current government guidance. We can only accommodate parties of no more than six adults to socialise together in our indoor spaces.  This does not apply to Children under 11 years old.

In our venues we are committed to:

    • Enhanced frequency surface sanitisation and hand washing.
    • Daily managerial checks to ensure all COVID-19 control measures are in place and being adhered to by all.
    • Additional hand sanitiser stations installed for use by both team members and guests.
    • Clear signposting of our COVID-19 control measures throughout our venues

What we ask from you

To ensure you and our team are safe please:

    • Do not congregate at our entrances or other areas.
    • Please wait for instructions from our door host team before entering the venue
    • Make use of our hand sanitiser stations upon entry and exit to our venues
    • Give fellow guests their space and follow social distancing guidelines.
    • Keep children with you at all times.
    • Please Pay with card
      • Please bear with us during peak periods. There may be delays which we will try to
        avoid as much as possible.
      • Respect our team members. This is new to us all and they will do their
        very best
        to help at all times.

What we’re doing to keep you safe:

Pre-arrival

    • Arrive at time of booking, not before.
    • We have dedicated door hosts available to keep you informed and guide you in our safety measures.
    • Hand sanitiser available at the entrance.
    • Limited number of tables available, following government guidelines. 
    • Reduced group size availability.

Dining

    • Tables and chairs sanitised after each seating.
    • Single use, menus.
    • Condiment sachets, available on request.
    • Food and drink placed at the end of your table.
    • Table has been spaced out to aid with social distancing, Tables must remain at least 2 metres apart. Under no circumstances must they be moved to allow larger parties.
