Caravan Holiday Parks in North Wales Without Children

Fishing and Caravan Holiday Parks in north Wales

Many Static Caravan Owners bought their caravans to enjoy uncomplicated holidays with their children.  Caravan holiday parks in North Wales provide all round entertainment for the whole family contained in one area. This means that parents can relax on holiday, enjoying the things they like to do, whilst the kids are kept busy with Children’s Club activities.

However, when the children have grown up and taken their holidays independently of their parents, you might wonder whether caravan holiday parks hold the same appeal. We think they do, particularly out of peak season, for the following reasons:

Peace and quiet: An out of season Caravan Holiday Park in North Wales is a tranquil place to take it easy, doing your own thing at your own pace.  Without the distraction of children, you can read a book on the decking, soak up the sun on the beach and have the neighbours round to dinner without the responsibility of ensuring the little ones are entertained and cared for.

Enjoy the company of your pet: On a dog-friendly park you can spend some quality time with your pet. There are so many walks through wildlife parks and along the beaches that your dog will think it’s gone to heaven. Some parks even hold dog shows where you can put your pet through a series of Gymkhana activities and win a friendly prize.

Tennis: If you love tennis, many caravan holiday parks in North Wales have their own tennis courts. Bring your tennis gear and play as many games as you like.

Golf: There are so many golf clubs in North Wales with courses to match the skills of amateurs and professionals you will be spoiled for choice. You can test your skills against other golfers and then invite them back for a beer to your holiday home after the game.

Fishing: Committed fishermen will spend hours fishing in lakes and rivers which can be difficult if your children don’t share the same enthusiasm. Without the kids, you can practice your hobby as much as you want without distractions or worry that the children will be bored.

There are of course many more reasons to love holiday parks when you are free of children. On park and off park entertainment is yours to enjoy without restrictions on the time you can spend out. And if there are activities that you don’t want to participate in, you don’t have to since you won’t have the kids making you feel guilty about not doing so.

You should enjoy the first couple of years after the children have grown up since beyond that there will probably be grandchildren to consider and the cycle begins all over again.

If you don’t already own a holiday home on one of the caravan holiday parks in North Wales, you might want to consider buying one for short breaks and holidays as you near retirement.  The area is one of the most beautiful in the UK with thousands of tourists visiting every year, some of whom return year on year. Why not join them?
