Llanrwst, Glasdir Car park – Saturday, November 12th

This organised event, beginning around 7pm will feature not only an amazing firework display but also illuminated trees on the river bank, a fun fair and plenty of hot snacks and drinks. Free admission, but arrive early as they expect large crowds.

Have a safe Bonfire Night

Whatever you decide to do on November 5th, go to an organised event, celebrate with family and friends or set off your own fireworks, the number one priority is for your children to have enormous amounts of fun. Wrap up well and keep warm – boots, hats and thick gloves are a must. Make sure the kiddies stay well away from the fire as sparks can fly. It’s best to make sure that children are supervised at all times.  Ensure that you follow these basic safety rules to be certain that no one has an accident or ends up in tears.

  • Read the instructions on each firework – light them one at a time
  • Keep naked flames, especially cigarettes, away from the fireworks
  • If a firework appears not to take light, never return to it
  • Never use petrol or paraffin on a bonfire
  • Always wear gloves when holding a sparkler, and hold away from the face
  • Don’t give sparklers to the under 5’s

Firework displays and parties can be fun if safety precautions are taken and rules are followed.  From all at Golden Gate Holiday Centre – stay safe and have fun at the North Wales Bonfire Celebrations.
