Emergencies and Call Out

In the case of an emergency or for a call out contact:

  • call out charge of £40 for non-emergencies
  • all maintenance jobs must go through reception
  • if you have any faults on your caravan please inform the reception straight away in order to arrange a maintenance call out
  • charges will sometimes occur

Insurance

Most of our owners choose to insure via our local brokers - Abergele Insurance. They can be contacted on (o1745) 825142 or by post at Abergele Insurance, 17 Chapel Street, Abergele, LL22 7AW.

If cover is arranged with Abergele Insurance, they will confirm cover to us on your behalf.

If any other Insurance Company is used, please provide the Park with a copy of your insurance certificate annually.

Payment and Fees

Customers will receive their rent packs on/before 1st October.

  • 1st installment due on/before 1st November 2007
  • 2nd installment due on/before 1st January 2008
  • 3rd installment due on/before 1st March 2008

Other fees:

  • Transfer Fee: The fee which is paid to the reception when your caravan is sold privately.
  • Disconnection: This is paid to reception in order for your caravan to be disconnected from the park.
  • Moving Plots: If you wish to move plots please contact reeption to make arrangements. (a free quotation is available)

Safety Checks

Gas Checks: A safety check for all gas appliances (compulsory for all owners). Carried out annually - fee of £35 payable on or before 1st November.

Electric Check: This is a safety check which is carried out on your caravan (compulsory if you rent your caravan out).

Winterisation: This is a procedure that is carried out in order to set your caravan up for the winter in order to prevent any damage to your caravan over the winter period (compulsory for all owners). Carried out annually - fee of £35 payable on or before 1st November.

The above safety checks can all affect your insurance and are all required if you wish to rent your caravan out.

Moving

If you have recently changed address please fill in the 'Change of Details' form provided.

How to Pay Your Bill - Easier ways to suit you!

By Post

If you are unable to visit reception you can pay by post by sending a cheque to:

Please make your cheques payable to: 'Seldons Golden Gate Holiday Centre' and please write your customer plot number, full name and address on the back of the cheque. (If we don't know who sent it, we won't know the account to take it from.)

In order to receive a receipt please enclose a self-addressed & stamped envelope.

In Person

You can make a payment by visiting reception between 10am & 5pm (4pm winter hours) 7 days a week.

We accept sterling (cash), cheques & all major credit/debit cards.

Post-dated cheques can be left at reception (please confirm in writing). The cheque will only be cashed on the date of the cheque and then receipted.

By Phone

You can make a payment by making a simple phone call to reception: (01745) 833 048. We accept all major credit/debit cards.

Please Note: A charge of 1.75% for credit cards will apply. Cheques take up to 5 working days to clear. Please bear this in mind in order not to miss a payment date.
